- Grip the bottle with both hands and raise it over your head so your elbows point at the ceiling.
- Slowly raise your arms up leaving your elbows up.
- Bring your lower arms so they are parallel to the ceiling and hold for two seconds.
- Do this slowly and apply your own resistance.
Do this for 12 reps and 2 sets. Then you should increase the number of repetitions to 15 and sets to 3 as you get more comfortable.
